Anxiety is a disorder that is increasing very quickly, and more and more people suffer from it. Its symptoms are varied, but generally it manifests itself in very unpleasant emotional state, feeling of apprehension and uneasiness. Generally are present nervousness, tension, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, tremor, stiffness of the limbs, feeling dizzy and unreality. Did it ever happen to you to practice some activities and feel so absorbed by it to lose the sense of time? In the sideway picture I played chess under a blazing sun for more than two hours, when I finished I was not tired, I was happy and I had no perception of effort despite. My friends asked me how I could stay in the sun for so long. Only two hours before I was complaining about the heat and how this took away the forces, then, as if by magic, I had forgotten the hardships, the moans, the tiredness!

Our good or bad feeling compared to an event does not arise from the event itself but it is due to the meaning we attach according to our schemes.
Everything is a matter of perception. Our brain is not able to distinguish from a real life experience and an imagined one.
